Terms of use
Last updated 29 Oct 2026
By using WhenToGo you agree to these terms. They're written to be read, so they're short.
A guide, not a promise
WhenToGo is a free guide. We work hard to keep it accurate, but prices, opening times, age and height rules and events change, and some details are estimates. Crowd predictions are estimates based on school holidays, history and parent reports, and can be wrong. Always check with the venue before you travel or book.
We are not a booking service and are not responsible for other websites we link to, or for what happens on your day out.
Sharing reports and suggestions
- Only report places you have actually visited, and be honest. Fake reports are against the law as well as these rules.
- Don't include anyone's personal details, or anything offensive, unlawful or advertising.
- Venue staff must not report on their own venue or competitors.
- By sending a report or suggestion you let us use it, in combined form, to keep the guide accurate. You can remove your own reports at any time.
- We may hold back or remove reports and suggestions that break these rules, as set out in our reviews policy.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it, for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, because the guide is free and for information only, we aren't liable for losses from relying on it, such as a wasted trip or a price that has changed.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
